Back from my Vietnam tour, I will deal extensively with the topic of system change in the next few months. The last trip showed me once again the disadvantages of the EOS 1 DX “brick” when traveling frequently by plane. The camera is one of the best currently available on the market, but it is unnecessarily heavy and bulky. It's sad that Canon completely slept through the mirrorless age. Since everything at Canon has always been done in slow motion, I don't expect a light, compact professional mirrorless body on the level of the A9 within the next 1-2 years and so I will deal extensively with Sony in the next few months. The combination of Canon super-telephoto lenses and extenders with the Sony A9 is particularly important to me, because unfortunately Sony cannot yet offer anything in the super-telephoto area with an E-mount. It is also important to examine the sealing against dust and water, the camera must be at the level of the 1Dx, otherwise it is not an alternative for me.
